February 21 Introduction to Humanism Registration Form

Tuesday, February 21, 6:30-8:00 pm | Please fill out this form and click submit.
This will be a 3-part series, beginning with an introduction in this first session. Based on reason and science, humanism is a progressive philosophy of life that, without theism or other supernatural beliefs, affirms our ability and responsibility to lead ethical lives of personal fulfillment that aspire to the greater good. The program offers an overview of contemporary humanism from the publication of the Humanist Manifesto in 1933 to the present day. (The following two sessions are available to individuals in the congregation who are interested in activities to explore humanism as part of their ongoing faith development.) Register online by February 19th. Please indicate if you will attend in person or virtually. The Zoom link will be on the wuu.org calendar.
