Circle Gatherings are a great way to meet newcomers and old timers! The committee will ask one person to be the first host for their circle. From then on, the circle arranges the date, time, and place for the rest of the gatherings. The gatherings are designed so that they rotate between hosts. The restaurant host picks the restaurant and confirms the reservation. The in-home host typically supplies the main course and organizes menu contributions by the other group members. If you don’t have enough chairs for in-home dining, the WUU folding chairs can be borrowed. Circles stay together for the church year and then reorganize the following fall with new members so everyone can meet more people.

2. 2nd Tuesday restaurant lunch bunch
3. 4th Friday restaurant lunch bunch
4. 2nd Tuesday AND 4th Friday restaurant lunch bunch
5. Outdoor (or not) brown-bag lunch
6. Restaurant dinner
7. In-home appetizers and drinks
